Register

Early bird rates will be applied only to registrations for which full payment is made by September 8, 2017, 11:59 pm. After this date, the regular rate will be charged to participants. Please note that unpaid amounts will be due on-site at the prevailing rate before delivery of your name tag.

Note: CANSEE is a small supplier and will not charge GST and QST.

We strongly suggest you register online by completing the online registration form and collecting your name tag at the venue. 

The steps to register are the following:

1. Create an account in the Concordia system
2. Use your new ID and password to log-in and choose your registration fee

However, it will be possible to register at the registration desk on the day of the event.

Speakers: the deadline to register if you want your name to be included in the program is now September 15th, 2017

CANCELLATION POLICY

Conference registration can be canceled until September 8, 2017—an administration fee of $ 50 will be charged. There will be no refunds after that date.

All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to scanee@cansee.ca. Registration will be considered cancelled as soon as an email with a cancellation number is received.

Name changes can be made without charge at any time.

Registration will be located in the atrium of Concordia University’s John Molson Building, SGW Campus, accessible via 1600 de Maisonneuve Street West.

Upon arrival, please present yourself at the registration desk to register or pick up your name tag. Please note that you must wear your name tag at all times.
